Download psp Games

If you are thinking about purchasing a portable video game device, I would have to suggest the PSP, because of the additional features this game provides to gamers. The best feature is the ability to download games directly to your memory stick. First, pick a download site. Select a game file from the download site and download the file directly to your PC. Once on the PC, you need to send the game file from the PC to your memory stick using the USB cable. Simply drag and drop the file from your PC to the memory stick file. Make sure the game file is sent to the correct folder or path, for example PSP Games folder. To access the game file downloaded select games on the main menu and then select memory stick and a list of downloaded game files should appear. This same process can be used to download movies and music, as well.

Emulators for the PSP

Some of the download websites offer a wide range of downloadable content. One of the coolest downloads is the video game emulators. This allows you to play games from other video game systems like Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Gameboy, and more.

PSP Download Sites

There are thousands of available download websites on the internet these days, so finding a good site can be hard to do. Some of the sites offer free downloads, but these sites can sometimes infect your PC with unwanted spyware or even a virus. It is best to go to a site that charges a minimal fee for a membership. These download sites are more reliable, have better game selections, and have a lot of the extra downloads like the Emulators listed in the prior section. For a good list of available download sites visit http://www.download-free-psp-games.com This site gives your the top three websites to download Games for the PSP.

Microsoft Xbox 360 Repair - An Introduction

Microsoft Xbox 360 Repair - An Introduction
By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=James_Philipson]James Philipson

If the dreaded "red ring of death" has affected your Xbox 360 then you won't be able to play your favorite games, watch HD-DVD movies, or go on Xbox Live until the problem is fixed. Today you are going to get a basic introduction on Microsoft Xbox 360 repair, including whether it is worth sending your console away to have someone else fix it for you, or whether you can, and should, do the job yourself.

Before you can learn how to repair your Xbox 360, it is important that you understand the causes of the "red lights error".

Did you ever notice that when your Xbox 360 was working properly, it used to get very hot during gaming?

The answer to the above question is almost invariably a "yes"- this is because the powerful components Microsoft decided to put into the Xbox 360 produce large amounts of heat as a waste product. This heat then builds up rapidly, as there aren't really enough cooling devices such as fans and heat- sinks inside the case. Heat causes massive damage to electronic components, so the Xbox 360 detects that there is excessive heat that could be causing damage, and shuts itself down to protect itself, displaying the "red ring of death" to warn you that something quite major has gone wrong.

So how can you repair your Xbox 360?

One way to fix it is to send it to Microsoft for repair. They have acknowledged that the Xbox 360 does suffer from a number of problems, and therefore, will repair any console still under warranty free of charge. However, if the warranty has expired on your Xbox 360 then you will have to pay around $140 to have it repaired. Also, there is a large time delay between sending your console away for repair, and getting it back so that you can be able to play games again. Plan to be without an Xbox 360 for at least one and a half months.

The best way to fix your Xbox 360 is to carry out the repairs yourself. All you need are the following basic things-

1. Around two hours of spare time.
2. Basic tools such as screwdrivers etc.
3. An Xbox 360 repair guide.

Repair guides are basically collections of videos, pictures and text files that show you how to determine the exact fault in your Xbox 360, then fix it using the correct method for that fault. It really is necessary that you purchase one, as without one, you will not be able to navigate your way around the delicate components inside your Xbox 360, and will probably cause more damage than good. In case you're worried about the cost- don't! You can buy a good quality repair guide with high-definition videos for less than $30 USD. [http://www.fixbrokenxbox360.info]Click here to learn more about an easy step-by-step Xbox 360 repair guide that will allow you to repair your Xbox 360 in under two hours in the comfort of your own home. Want to Increase Your PS3 Hard Drive to 250GB? Here's How

Want to Increase Your PS3 Hard Drive to 250GB? Here's How
By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Andrew_Stanley]Andrew Stanley

First things first you are going to need a hard drive, your current one is probably a 40gb 2.5" sata 5400rpm so you need to look on places like amazon, misco etc... for any hard drive that is 2.5" sata 5400rpm and has the size in GB that you want. Sony recommend that you don't go faster than 5400rpm, so don't, in case it has adverse effects your shiny new ps3, and there are plenty of 5400rpm to choose from at the right price.

Secondly you are going to need an external drive or USB memory stick to backup your game saves, downloads etc... To see how much space you will need on an external device go to Settings>System Settings>System Information, this will then display how much free space you have on your system so you have to use some maths to work out how much space you have used, e.g. "free space 30GB/40GB" means you have 30gb free space out of 40gb so you have used 40gb - 30gb = 10gb

there are two ways of backing your information up, the cheaper way is to use a USB pen drive, to back up your game saves, an 8gb should be enough and can be bought for around £10 if you don't have one already. To do, this insert your USB drive into a USB slot on your ps3, then go to Game>Saved Data Utility> then highlight the game save data you want to back up e.g. COD4> press triangle to bring up the menu> select "copy"> you will then be asked to "select destination" and your USB pen drive should be listed, Highlight the USB drive and press "X", the game save data will now be saved on your USB. Repeat this method for all your game saves. If you have enough space left after this is done on your USB then you can also back up any media you have on the ps3. If you have only used around 7gb on your ps3 (highly unlikely!) you can do a full system back up which is explained below

The other method is to do a system back-up on an external drive, which must be in the FAT-32 format, attach your external drive to your ps3 and go to Settings>System Settings>Back up utility>Back up this will then back up all your information to your external drive.

The first method is probably the best if you don't already have an external drive for cost issues, as

your user account and PSN account info and updates are stored on the ps3's internal flash memory. It is only your media, game saves and downloaded content/media that is stored on the HDD, so if you do a backup of all your media and game saves you will be ready to go, once the ps3 ormats your new HDD. But if you are using a wireless router make sure you know your WEP key as you will have to put that back in when your new HDD is in.

Also downloaded games like Tekken 5 can't be backed up, so you will have to download them again, this is not a problem as you get 5 downloads of each title you buy, simply go to the playstation store and go to download history where all the games/media you have ever downloaded will be listed, then simply press download on the highlighted game.

For the next bit you will need;

A small flat head screwdriver

A small Philips screwdriver

Somewhere flat and free of dust/dirt to work

O.k. So we have our nice new HDD, and we have backed up all the data we want to, it is now time to remove the original HDD. First turn off the ps3 and remove all power cables for safety, now locate the drive cover on the left hand side of the system, it should have a HDD sticker on it or a label saying "detach this cover when removing the hard drive" get your small flat head screw driver and prise off this cover, this will then reveal the HDD.

You should now see your HDD and a metallic BLUE screw, get your Phillips screw driver and remove the blue screw, this is the screw that holds the HDD in place on your ps3, once this is removed flip up the metal handle that is to the left of where the screw was and slide the HDD towards the FRONT of the ps3 to dislodge it from the internal connections, you can now pull the HDD carefully towards you and it will slide straight out.

You now have access to your HDD out side the ps3, you will now have to remove the tray that is attached to your original HDD, there are four Phillips screws, two on either side, that need to be removed, once this has been done remove your old ps3 HDD out of the tray and put in your new 2.5MM SATA Notebook HDD then replace the 4 screws to hold it in place.

Now your new HDD is in the ps3 caddy, you now have to install it into your ps3, which is the reversal of removal. First push carefully the new caddy into the HDD space, but remember to keep it to the right hand side of the slot (or the front of the ps3), when it touches the back of the HDD space use the handle to push it to the left (or back of the ps3) to locate the HDD connections on the PS3 connections, you will know when this has been done correctly when the space where the blue screw goes lines up with the hole on the ps3. Once it is lined up you can now put the Blue screw back in to secure the HDD to the ps3, replace the HDD cover and turn your system on.

Now as soon as the console boots up you will presented with a screen asking you to format your new HDD, as your ps3 has realised there is a new HDD installed, you must select "yes" twice as a ps3 safety precaution in case you erase your hard drive by accident!

This will take around 2 minutes and you will then be asked to reboot your system. Once you have rebooted you can now check if your mod has been successful (fingers crossed!) Go to System>System Settings>System Information, this will display your free space that should reflect the size of the replacement HDD you have just installed, but don't start worrying if it is 15 - 20GB short of what you expected as this is taken up by the ps3 for system use.

You now have a new bigger hard drive, all you need to do now is put your game saves/media back on, simply connect your USB/hard drive go to games>saved data utility>USB device(or what ever you used to back up your data) you can now highlight the game you want to copy onto your new HDD, press triangle and select "copy" repeat this for all your game saves and media and away you go, you now have a bigger HDD and your [http://www.ps3offer.co.uk]new ps3 is back to normal. It's pretty easy really, it just takes time to save all your games and put them back on, but well worth it for all that extra space!

If you choose to perform this modification then ps3offer.co.uk accepts no responsibility if you harm or break your ps3 while performing this task. If you are not confident you can do this procedure then please leave it to someone who can.

Secrets Exposed on How to Download Games For the PSP

Secrets Exposed on How to Download Games For the PSP
By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Danny_Sanchez]Danny Sanchez

The little handheld sony psp has been around for quite some time. You can download games for the psp but there a few things you should know before attempting to do so.

#1 The Psp Firmware Version

The psp firmware is the operating system of the psp. Just like how a computer or machine has operating systems to make it work the psp has the exact same thing. There are different versions since they were updated frequently from time to time.

The older firmware is the version that is able to play the downloaded games for the psp.The version numbers that were able to play these games were versions 1.00 and 1.50.

With a newer psp they have a version of 2.00 or higher and they will usually come shipped from sony that way. In order to get around this and download games for the psp you will have to either hack its current software version or use an emulator.

#2 The Psp Software Emulator

These are pretty easy to come by if you just google it. They are what you need if you want to play older games such as nintendo, gameboy, sega, and more on your psp. They are required even for games called homebrew. Those are games made from non major companies or amateurs.

#3 The Psp Game Download Websites

Now there are a big variety of these sites floating around. Some using torrents to download games on your psp and many of these sites will contain viruses as well.

There is however a very popular site to download games for your psp and it has unlimited access.Imagine being able to download any game made for the psp for free and at high speed too. With that said, I would highly recommend anyone to visit http://saveonstuff.zoomshare.com to get the best psp games at no cost.

How Can I Speed Up My Computer Without Spending Money?

How Can I Speed Up My Computer Without Spending Money?
By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Robert_Deveau]Robert Deveau

In my previous line of work, people ask me all the time "how can I speed up my computer?" Of course the computer store people will have them buy more memory. I always tried to tell people that more memory will speed up your computer because the computer will have more room to work with. But a more efficient method is to clean up the memory that you already have.

Your computer memory, otherwise known as your RAM, or Random Access Memory, is a lot like the top of your desk, while your computer storage, otherwise known as your hard drive is like a filing cabinet. If you take files out of your filing cabinet and put them on top of your desk, this will allow you to work with your files. If you get a larger desk, like getting more Memory, you will be able to access more files at the same time.

But do you see where I am going with this?

You can get as large a desk as you want, if you do not stop filling it with files, you will never have enough space. What you really need to do is change your habits.

You have very many programs on your computer that turn on as soon as your computer turns on. Move your mouse to the bottom of your screen and allow the taskbar to pop up. Now look at the icons at the right of your taskbar. Those are all programs that are running right now and consuming memory and slowing down your computer. How many are there? I have seen computers with 20 or more. I have only three, a firewall, a pop-up blocker, and my volume control.

How many does one really need? Those are there so that the program in question will come up faster when you click on it. You do not need most of them: A printer, a PDF Reader, a photo viewer. If you are willing to wait a few extra seconds for your printer to start printing then right click on the icon and scroll up to "exit" this will turn of the application until you really need it and speed up your computer for free.

There are hundreds of other things that could be slowing you down, for a free scan [http://www.computer-registry.info]Have a look at this and see how many issues you have.

Discount iPods And Cheap Macs - Save Money Buying Refurbished

Discount iPods And Cheap Macs - Save Money Buying Refurbished
By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Tony_Thomn]Tony Thomn

Apple makes such fabulous products that everyone wants an iPod or a Mac. But where do you go for the best deals? One of the most overlooked sources of discount iPods and cheap Macs is Apple's online store. You've heard of a certified pre-owned Lexus right? Well, there's something even better at the online store.

Apple Refurbished iPods and Macs

What is a refurbished Mac or iPod? It's one that was sent back to Apple for whatever reason. Whether someone just ordered the wrong color or it needed a little fixing, Apple spruces them up and sells them at a big, big discount. You can trust the quality and safety because Apple certifies each item just like their new products. These also carry a full 1-year warranty so it's like they say on their site "Apple Certified. Good as New."

How Cheap Are They?

You don't have to look long to find a 33% discount or even 50% discount. That can really add up. Who wouldn't want $50 off an iPod nano? Or a few hundred dollars off a Mac? Me, me, me! Actually, we started buying refurbished from Apple a few years ago and don't plan to ever stop.

What's The Catch?

So what's the downside to getting such an awesome deal? There are three very minor problems with buying a refurbished product from Apple.

All of the items listed reflect the current inventory. So if no one returns the exact Mac you want then you can't get a refurbished model. That isn't usually a problem unless you want something super customized though. You'll want to watch the site more closely since it updates each day. It takes a little while for some of the newer products to show up. They have to get through the whole certification process so it usually takes several months before the refurbished models are available. These don't ship in the normal, pretty boxes that you see your the local Apple store. They come in a plainer, boring box instead. Don't laugh. Some people love to save their pretty boxes!

Sign Me Up!

You just need to find the Special Deals section of Apple's online store. There you'll see links like Refurbished Mac, Refurbished iPod, and Refurbished iPhone (yes, even the iPhone). Then it's just like ordering anything else from Apple. Except that you're saving a ton of money!

PSP Movie Downloads
By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Henry_Vee]Henry Vee

How to perform PSP movie downloads: The procedure to download PSP movies is very similar to downloading music to your PSP. You will need a memory stick and a USB cable. You should get the largest memory stick you can afford, preferably a 1 or 2GB since movies take up a lot of space. Format the memory stick before you attempt to download movies to you psp or this procedure will not work. Also, please only download movies that belong to you - don't copy pirated movies since many contain viruses that can damage your computer or PSP.

1. Carefully connect your PSP to your computer with the USB cable. Don't force the cable into the connector. On the PSP, using the navigation button, select the settings menu and scroll down until you see "USB connection" and press X. The computer should recognize the PSP as a new drive. It usually shows up as 'E', or 'F'.

2. Select the PSP memory card and navigate to the folder called PSP. Create a folder inside this one and name it "MP_ROOT". Inside this folder create another one called "100MNV01".

3. Copy the movies from your computer to the "100MNV01" folder on the PSP. It is extremely important that you download your movies to this folder on the PSP or it will not be able to play them.

4. To watch your movies navigate to the "Video" section of your PSP, select the movie you want to watch and press X. Now you can watch your movies on the go!
